Competence Abilities

What are the Competence Abilities?

Competence Abilities are the characteristics of how a person can use his or her competence in different
contexts. They form different perspectives of how a person uses his or her effort in order to perform a task. Those
abilities also help map out which characteristics will support performing each task, all while taking organisation culture
and context into account. In this way, both the task and the person doing the task, can be described in the same
way by using the competence abilities.

In HEP, fourteen characteristics form the Competence Abilities. Click on the icons below to learn more!
