Interpersonal Skills is when a person supports others to do their job in the best possible way. This characteristic helps a person  give space and create a motivational climate. They can see other peoples’ abilities to perform, are interested in others’ work and personal lives, and can bring up good and bad things in a timely matter. He or she can easily steps in and take the lead if necessary, providing  information so others can make accurate decisions. In addition, they have a long-term perspective, making it easy to plan and set objectives, goals, and processes in the work place.
